Q: Do you have a content policy?
A: We will not intentionally process orders that contain excessively vulgar language, anti-religious or satanic themes, explicit sex, explicit nudity, explicit violence, promote the use of drugs or alcohol or that contain any material that may be construed, either in or out of context, as pornographic. Upon discovery of nonconforming media, we reserve the right to terminate any replication or production thereof, and the Customer will be liable to pay for all work performed by us up to the date of termination. The submission of any master, artwork or title by any Customer is a representation and warranty by that Customer that the master, artwork or title so submitted does not contain any Offensive Content.

Q: What master formats will you take?
A: For DVD replication and duplication, we will take either a DVD-R or a DLT tape. For CD replication and duplication, we will accept a CD-R.

Q:  Do you provide graphics proofs?
A: Yes!  We keep you very involved in the approval process, and you are required to sign off on all printed materials, both optical media and packaging print.

Q:  How do I get a barcode on my packaging?
A: Great news!  We sell barcodes.  The cost for a unique barcode for your project is $40.00

Q:  How long does it take to complete a mini CD or DVD project?
A: Normal turn time is 10 business days from the day we receive all your materials (master, artwork, purchase order, etc).  Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

Q: Mini DVDs are great and all, but what I really need is a Mini CD.  Do you provide those too?
